Airplane food. I've never been to jail and I've never eaten at a hospital before so that only leaves one choice.
I'll take hospital over jail food. Once 1 class airplane food was good. Are they serving food on airplanes (coach) now? Before 911 we would take a sack lunch on the plane. Ham and cheese on rye sandwich, dill pickle and black olives on the side. You can't do that anymore.

Now there a choice. I've never been in jail. Hospital food never tastes good, of course, that's because I've been sick at the time. Airplane food? Well it sure itsn't what it used to be but I figure on a 10 hour flight one meal & I will have landed for my next meal and it's usually OK. .
i like airplane food because i didn't ever try jail food neither hospital food, lucky me i never stayed in the hospital (Thanks god!)and of course air plane food is better than them all.
that is a toughy! I have tried all 3 and I would have to go with hospital food i guess even tho it sucks! but it is the lesser of 3 evils!
Never been to jail so can't comment on that. But I've had both hospital food and airline food and they both taste fine. I wouldn't say that one is better than the other.
I have only had hospital food soo.. I'm not sure what jail food tastes like.
I was in the hospital for a while once. I got used to it. Wasn't bad food.
