What foods (if any) can help boost immunity?!
Answers: kiwi is high on vitamin C, strawberries, oranges...anything with citric acid (vitamin C0 will give ur immune system a boost. fish is also a good choice. i highly recomend those fruits above. you can also try some infusions...teas make of a good diet. ;)
any natural greens, garlic, lemon, ginger, echinacia, anything fresh and natural and lots of it! steer clear of hydrogenated fats and anything processed.
