When is a good time to stop eating breakfest?? what time??!

Question: i want to stay healthy so i want to know when does breakfest end. because i eat breakfest in like 3:00 p.m. is that ok ???? what time does breakfest suppose to not be eaten??????

12pm cos anything after that would be considered lunchtime.

depends what time you wake. You may be awake at 2.45pm. so breakfast may be good for you at 3pm.

i say you can always eat breakfast because we eat it for dinner sometimes thats when its better
