I ate Lasagna for breakfast. healthy?!

Question: no dude

Answers: no dude

I don't know about "healthy", but tastey I'm sure!

better (healthier) than nothing!

toast is better

but lasagna is fine

Sure, no worst than when people eat pizza for breakfast.

Haha, I've eaten buffalo chicken pizza for breakfast!

Provides carbohydrates in the pasta (energy)
Provides antioxidants in the tomato sauce (fights cancers)
Provides calcium in the cheese (strong bones)
Depending on what meats you use, protein (repairs muscles)

But the cheese also provides a lot of grease (melted fats) and carbohydrates in the pasta are stored in your body as fat if you don't use them. But as long as you are active throughout the day, lasagna is an excellent breakfast.

Why not??? a little of what you fancy does you good!

Not really

in many other countries they don't have the quintessential breakfast foods for breakfast... there's no rule saying what you should be having for breakfast. in all actual, your heaviest meal should be breakfast...
for some people lasagna might be a little hard on the stomach that early, but if it didn't bother you then it's no prob.

FANDABBYDOOZY..........YAHOO..........

I love lasagne for brekky ....good for you, especially if you made it yourself......xxx

not healthy at all! eat some toast instead.
