When you order a pizza and it arrives . . . ?!
I just did and I new one is on the way . . .
That's lunch sorted for tomorrow then!
Answers: Minus some of the listed/ requested toppings, do you ever bother to call back and let them know?

No, I've never had a problem with my pizza place. I would phone them and tell them if it did happen though.
Hope you don't have to wait too long for it!
I be living in rural Devon, so I have to drive and collect mine.
i always ring them and let them know, i scare them by saying im never comin back and they will also give you a desert.... try it
yes, and i always get free pizzas or my money back, but i do worry in case they spit on it or somthing, you know we've all seen what they get up to
I have never had it happen to me, however, I buy from the same place every time and have a standing order on the computer.
I must say that if I did have a problem then I certainly would phone them. I trust you will return the first one you received. If you don't then they may never deliver to you again.
lol i think i would call them lol.
I only call and complain when I'm charged for something that wasn't supposed to be on my order. I call back more often to give compliments on the product and service. Every employee deserves to get praises and hopefully a raise for a job well done.
Yes.
They sent me with a new pizza for free.
Hi there! It's never happened to me, but if it did - I think if I was very hungry I'd just eat the one they delivered, but if I could wait another 40 mins or so I would ring them and tell them about it :o) x
the times i have had screwed up pizza orders, you bet i called the manager and got it all done right and i usually come out ahead with extra freebies.
just don't go back to that shop
Yes I've called and they usually send something back out or credit me with my next pizza free if I tell them I don't want to wait.
Also, I worked in pizza restaurants for a long time and we'd just send another one out - spit free.
yes i would, you should get what you paid for, by doing this you are raising their standards of service, so in the long run you are doing them a favour by making their business more efficient! enjoy.
I've done that before, they almost always give you the mistake for free. One time, my buddy called cuz there was 2 little pieces of green pepper on our pizza. He called in complaining about it and they sent out a new one for free. I was just gonna pick the bell pepper off or just eat the slice he didn't want.
sometimes.
pizza,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,...
will e-mail you a story about that later
