Answers: Honey contains vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5 and C), minerals, amino acids, and protein, no cholesterol and only 2 percent sodium. Choose a darker honey over a lighter one when consuming it. Although all honeys have vitamins and minerals, the darker honeys have more than the lighter ones do.
