Is there really pork meat in the McRib?!

Question: Is there really pork meat in the McRib?

Answers: Is there really pork meat in the McRib?

When Iwas a chef we used to buy the patties from a meat supplier in Toronto and use them for the staff dinners, needless to say some of the West Indian staff bawked at them, all they are is a pork pattie similar in ingredient to a hamburger, pressed and then the indentations for the ribs are pressed in and then they are frozen.

McDonald only had a trade mark on the name not the actual meat product itself, I know of one grocery chain here in Canada that sells them frozen in there stores, there labelled as Boneless Pork Riblet patties.

no, its just mc pork. tm.

It's probably a mix of all kinds of meats....

no its just the leftovers fom the factory floor thats why they only bring it back once a year bc they have to collect enough

no, i think its McRoadkill

Wikipedia says it's a boneless pork patty. Believe that if you want.
