Why is it that supermarkets no longer sell Lion chocolate bars?!

Question: I've noticed that supermarkets seem to be cutting back on multipacks of chocolate bars in general, and that even the individuals by the check-out are usually divided into either Cadbury or Nestle with a couple of Kinder, without other brands getting much of a look-in. Lion are Nestle but still aren't even always available individually in supermarkets, though they're always available in corner stores - maybe the day of the Lion is just gone?? Is a shame.

I bought one 3 days ago from one of those 24 hour Turkish shops on the high street

Is that the one that's crunchy and got stretchy toffee in it?

If it is I have no idea why supermarkets don't sell it anymore. They should because it's delicious and sweet and sickly

cause there aint no lions left

some do ,its up to the manager to decide what he thinks will sell best at the biggest profit margin

I'm pretty sure that either Lidl or Sainsburys sells them, can't remember which, but Lidl seems the most probable one. I'll check tomorrow.

never heard of them

oh yeah, i remember!

Be honest, and remember what they looked like, and think Lion.

I miss them too. No, Sainsbury's don't sell them any more.

i havent seen them either. also i was looking for rolos the other day and couldnt see them in sainsburys or my local sweet shop.

I saw several multipacks of Lion Bars in a Asda store this morning
