Ok well you haven't specified EXACTLY how much you ate of each food but I'll try anyway =] ...

half a bowl of raisin bran (I said 1/2 cup)= 95
2 percent milk (I said 1/2 cup)= 61
1 apple (medium?)= 75
half a ham+cheese sandwich (totally guessing here)= 150
brown and white rice (I said 1/2 cup of each)= 211
ribs (guessing again) = 200
cauliflower (I said 3 florets)= 10
green peppers (I said 10 strips)= 5
cheesecake= 800

TOTAL= 1607 calories. Pretty good! I would just replace the cheesecake with something healthy (ie. frozen yoghurt, low-fat ice-cream, fruit etc), replace the ribs with something like grilled chicken and add some salad to your sandwich =]

no thats a perfectly normal eating pattern. i dont think you pigged out. dont worry.

p.s. please vote my answer as best answer i havent gotton best answer on any thing yet :[

Did you not have any meat with your dinner?

That sounds like a modest daily regimen- minus the cheesecake. The cheesecake might have at least 200 calories. I work in a restaurant as waitress, and I can tell you many, many ppl eat more than that in one sitting, honey. I would guess that you consumed about 1,200 calories which is light- especially if you have an active lifestyle.

no!!! I eat a lot more but if you didn't exercise then you did pig out but l like run and exercise daily and stuff but sry ldk how many calories that is (although I don't eat any desert except non fat yogurt. does that count?)

Unless you're anorexic, of you didn't pig out! Well that's right at about the calories you want in a day. Those aren't bad meals, but for dessert you could try healthier options like half a cup of frozen yogurt with fruit sauce on top. It's not like you can't have cheesecake just have in moderation.

But I would say that you're very healthy. You could even add more to breakfast.

I wish my wife would eat that modestly!!!

no you didn't pig out. That's how much you should eat everyday. But I'm not sure how many calories that is. But you should eat that much every single day. I love cheesecakes too.

It doesn't sound like you pigged out, on the surface. I can't say how many calories you ate without specific data. Example: For breakfast, what size bowl was used and how much milk. For lunch, how big was the apple what type of ham and what type of cheese was used, what type of bread. For dinner, how much rice, how many ribs and how were they cooked, was there a sauce on the cauliflower and how much did you have, how were the peppers prepared.
Dessert, how big was the slice of chocolate cheesecake.
