Is Rice Dream or Soy Dream ice cream any good?!

Question: Oh I have a mint chocolate chip Rice Dream (I think) that was sooo good.

What you need to do before buying (because it's expensive) is bring your spoon to the grocery, go when early, when no one is in the ice cream isle, and taste them all. lol (then come back and report to us)

Sorry I didn't get to answer while this was Open.

I didn't get to try either of those, but I have had Celestial Seasonings ice cream. Delicious!!! And it tastes and has the same texture as the real thing while frozen (feels more like a pudding when melted.) Report It

  • Yes they are both very good!

They aren't bad but I prefer the "Silk" brand of soy milk or the "7th Continent" brand. Both taste good and come in light versions of each flavor. Rice and Soy dream are cheaper though so if money is a concern, I would go ahead and get it... it isn't bad at all.

yeah, i've had both. taste like any other ice cream (except for Ben & Jerry's of couse =P)

No they are both bad they tase nothing like ice cream. If you are lactose intolerant then try goat milk ice cream. You will be able to digest it and still have ice cream. I buy Laloo's Goat's Milk Ice cream.
