I don't mind them but i love them fried and they go great with fish broths and soups.Try it maybe you'll change your mind,plus it's high in vitamins.Wouldn't say i don't like it but it definitely isn't my fav veg.

have always loved mushrooms freshly picked wild ones straight from the fields,they taste and smell far superior to the rubbish you get in supermarkets and mushroom farms which are really very bland and tasteless
