Do these pork chops need to be thrown away?!

Question: I thawed them out yesterday, & I feel asleep & forgot to cook them. They're still in a tight-sealed ziploc bag. Is it unsafe to eat? I'm just double-checking.

If they're in the fridge then it's OK. If you have left them on the counter frozen and they were out on the counter 10 hours they will still be OK Wash them well & smell them. Beyond that I would toss them.

if u thawed them in the fridge they should be alright, but if u let thhem thaw on the counter than I would say yes get rid of them, cause pork is not something u want to mess with. I mean it's up to u but just think about the conaqences.

good luck!!!

where they in the fridge or left outside?

DONT EAT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you thaw them in the fridge honey? If you did then they should be ok. If you took them out though - like in the sink - throw them away. I don't need you getting food poisoning. ?

smell them and touch them if they smell or are sticky then toss tham out but other wise they should be good, now what time is dinner?

If you set them on the counter or anywhere outside of the fridge they are not safe to eat. If they are in the fridge check the color and smell first before cooking.

rule of thumb:
when in doubt, throw it out

pork and seafood are very risky

With any and all foods,When in doubt, throw it out.Or the nose knows.

if you thawed them in the fridge then yes,
if they were on the counter NO

I thawed them out yesterday,

Whoa! Throw them out. Better be safe than sorry!

no

when in doubt, throw it out!

honestly, i wouldn't cook them. just to be on the safe side throw them out, you don't wanna risk getting sick.

if they were in the fridge yes if they were out in the open no because you have bacteria thriving on that warm meat now. good luck becareful

Yes, they are fine ................ love your Avitar name!

If they were in the fridge just go ahead and cook them today and they will be fine. Enjoy your meal!

No babe, they will be fine, Enjoy. Love Jo xx

YOU MUST SMELL THE PORK CHOPS. If you left the pork chops out yesterday, you should immediately have placed them in the refrigerator. To be on the safe side, one must dip any meat that has been exposed into dark apple cider vinegar. Turn them over several times, this will kill any E-coli or other unfriendly germs. Then leave them still sitting within the refrigerator, in the vinegar for an hour, or so. You will enjoy your pork chops. I wish you an enjoyable and very delicious God-inspired meal. God bless you.
