Whole Milk? Skim Milk? Low fat Milk? Or fat free Milk? Which do you prefer?!

Question: I prefer Low fat Milk myself.

Answers: I prefer Low fat Milk myself.

Rice milk for me, please!

I find it infinitely disturbing that humans drink the milk of another species....LONG past their first childhood growing stage.

Whole milk

2% Milk

Whole Milk

Low Fat 2% milk!

skimmed milk, no fat content, i only use whole milk if im cooking a specialized sauce to use in a receipe.

2% milk.

whole milk

My taste buds say strait from the cow. WHOLE...Good!

My common sense says use skim. But it looks bad and tastes like water.
SKIM...BAD!

My husband says I must compromise if I won't buy whole, then it must be 2%.

Babies on the other hand MUST have whole to provide all the fat their brains require to develop properly. They need other good fats as well, and now some formula companies are adding omega 3 fatty acid chains.

Someone told me once that our bodies needed a little bit of fat to fully metabolize the calcium in milk. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but to be safe I drink 1%. The milk is low fat, but contains just a wee bit of fat. I actually prefer it to skim and 2%.

2% milk for me and my 2 children.

For taste, 2%, but for health reasons I have been drinking skim milk for quite some time.

I used to drink skim, but then I read a study that skim doesn't make you lose weight and that without the fat, you can't absorb the calcium. Then I read that they add powdered milk to skim milk to make it 2% and have to clean it because it smells bad after pasteurization. Now I drink raw whole milk. It was a big change from skim at first, but it tastes incredible now. I drink less because I feel full after drinking just a little and I have had some definite health benefits (lost weight, not as many headaches, no cramps w/ period, etc, etc.) from this and other ways that I've tried to get more natural with my diet.

I can't understand why ANYONE would buy 1% or skim milk. I drink only whole milk... I can handle 2% if I had to but would rather drink water than 1% or skim. Why not buy 2% and divide it between 2 jugs and top them off with water? 2 gallons for the price of one.

MILK

Whole Milk for strong bones & teeth ^_^

Soy milk it is great.

2% milk

2%

2% or whole

2% milk

I have now gotten used to fat free milk, so I guess that is my preference.....I used to love whole milk though before I started trying to lose weight.

Whole milk, 3% homogeonized.

i have always drank fat free, but whole milk tastes a lot better.

PTANDPS is correct. Grew up on a farm n that's all we drank was milk right from the cows. How much more "natural" can you get?? No additives, no preservatives....The real thing for me!
We skimmed the cream off the top & used it for home made Ice Cream. Best you'll ever eat.

whole that is the only milk I have had other than chocolate
