Aisle 4, Frozen foods, 9th door on your left. Mmmmmm

I always add chopped spinach to mine but I have never used tomato paste on it's own. I don't use fresh chopped tomatoes either but I will use them in a sauce. I do use a tomato & meat sauce. If you are planning on making a sauce you will need more than tomato paste as it would be much too strong and you will probably need a few tins of diced tomatoes or crushed tomatoes and a bit of sugar & Italian seasonings. I really don't think you have time to be making it tonight. Why don't you switch to a Bechamel Sauce, you have time to make that.

Lasagna recipes i hope this helps.

cook 1 lb mild italian sausage
mix riccotta with 2 eggs and 1 cup parmasean(salt and pepper to taste)
cook lasagna noodles (while your cooking the sausage)
sauce should be home made but in a pinch ragu with garlic
mozz and cheddar mix (white cheddar)
Layers(sauce on bottom)
nooddles
riccotta
sausage and sauce
mozz and cheddar( 1 lb of each)
Repeat(till no more noodles)
all mozz and cheddar on top pretty thick
Cook 350 till top starts to brown(if everything is hot when you make it 30 min to 45 min
