Whats your favourite type of steak and how do you like it cooked?!

Question: Rib Eye steak cooked medium rare. A little extra tip I got from Jamie is to cut out the bit of fat from the middle (which makes it rib eye) and cut it up into little peices and then stick it back in the steak all over - this distributes the fat nicely and makes it a really tasty peice of meat!

(We ate it in a restaurant the other day and they had it down as "Lumberjack" steak - although i'd never heard it called this before)
