any way but raw!
hardboiled , fried, scrambled, they're all good!

I was hoping some of the girls might say 'fertilised"?...but,I prefer them poached on buttered toast...

I love eggs and in different ways.

Scrambled - with sautéd onion and mushrooms and lots cheese. Sometimes I'll add bacon bits as well.

Boiled - just as is with a pinch of salt or sliced with mayonnaise, salt & pepper on toast.

Fried - in butter NOT oil, hate the taste of the oil on my fried eggs. Served on toast.

Poached - served on toast, much the same as fried.

Deviled - with the mayo & bovril mix, love it with a cold platter!

Yummy!

The only way that I can even stomach eggs is if they are scrambled! I cannot stomach eggs over easy or poached eggs because they are so runny,it looks like snot, ewww! :-(

Scrambled and slow-cooked over a low flame until just set, mixed with herbed cream cheese, seaoned with salt and served with buttered whole grain toast and a side of kiwi.
