How long do jalapenos last?!

Question: the ones in a jar?

Answers: the ones in a jar?

It depends but I look at the color of the liquid..when it starts getting cloudy I toss em..usually 4 months after opening.

I believe they can last, if in oil, for over 6 months possibly longer, I know when I put my garlic cloves in oil they last well over a year. In my house jalapenos maximum is usually 2 or 3 weeks and they're gone.

They last forever, if kept in the fridge.
