Foods: Buffalo wings!

jerk chicken

There'll be a variety of salsas of varying intensity in the ethnic foods section of your grocery or supermarket. Try Old El Paso mild salsa if you have not used much in the way of that particular product in the past. It's also available in a "medium" and a "hot" formula. There's also a wonderful selection of sauces that originated here in central New York state, at a biker's restaurant in Syracuse called Dinosaur Barbecue. I don't know if it's available in your neck o' the woods just yet, but their "Sensuous Slathering Sauce" is heavenly on pork. Shred your roasted pork and stir in a half cup or more of that sauce and re-heat for the best doggone pulled pork you've ever tasted!

wasabi

Chipotle's...you can get them canned at the Latin markets. You can use the paste inside to flavor many sauces, gravies, etc. Or use the peppers themselves in dishes.
