Best ? Quisp... from the 70's and still available. Worst? those nasty shredded wheat brillo pads.

its a tie between life and golden grahms for faves
I hateeeeeeeee Grape nuts and fiber one grossssss

Love Weetabix, can't stand anything sugar coated or with marsmallows, yuck!

Oh I used to love AppleJacks as a kid and I tried them as an adult and they were so gross!! They had no flavor whatsoever. My favorite still to this day is frosted mini wheats.

TOTAL-the one with the least sugar, most fiber & protein. preferably with honey & almonds

other minerals are all added chemicals, should eat natural ones.

the best- lucky charms(I guess that's why i married a man from the land of the leprechauns lol)

the worst-peanut butter captain crunch(like regular and crunch berries just not this one)

ok here is my healthy favs- hates

granola cereal- best ah poo i can figure out what the worst one I like all the ones i have tried thus far.

Worse- Special K, That big square wheat thing, Apple Jacks.
Best is Lucky Charms because they are magically delicious

The best is Rice Crispies [with a little bit of suger]
The worst is Cracklin' Oat Bran [YUK!!!!]

The worst is Grape Nuts. The best is a toss up between Crispix and bananas or Frosted Flakes.

I would say that oatmeal is the best and cream of wheat is the worst.

I like all cereal, but it has to be sweetened
