What are some quick, easy, and HEALTHY snacks?!

whole wheat crackers and cheese cubes
baby carrots and ranch dressing
fresh fruit on ice cream or yogurt

carrot sticks/low fat crackers and houmous dip or any other dip for that matter (personal fave)
or
fruit (chopped up with grapes or whole)
or
just peeled carrots
or
low fat/calorie rice cakes
or
smoothie

but it's ok once in a while to treat yourself to a chocolate bar or something as long as you don't make it a habit!

Walnuts, Almonds, Plain popcorn, plain crackers, yoghurt, 1% chocolate milk, any fruit or vegetables cut snacking size, dry cereal, dill pickles.

Raw Carrots (cooked ones are mushy & gross)
