Beside frozen vegies what other vegies last a long time in the fridge?!

Question: Cabbage, Turnip, Rutebagas, Brussels sprouts, Celeriac, Beets, Fennel, Jicama, Sweet Potato, Carrots, Kohlrabi,Radishes, Parsnips, Squash family, butternut, acorn,spaghetti, pumpkin. I don't refrigerate regular potatoes or onions.

There are lots of others that keep well for two or three weeks. The ones listed last longer than that

I love vegetables.
