Well, omelettes are my favorite. This morning I had a Spanish omelette that was really good! I cooked the omelette as usual with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese and then topped it with salsa and some more cheese. Hoppel Poppel is also REALLY good. Sometimes I have oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon, French toast with cooked apples and syrup, coffee cake, or cinnamon toast.
Well, tonight I held a Birthday dinner for my son, he was 39 yesterday. It was a 5 course dinner and I don't think any of us will be having a large breakfast in the morning.
I will have my usual glass of orange juice, hot oatmeal with milk and 1 cup of hot black coffee but probably not until about 9:30 am as everyone has just gone home and it's late.
A chicken leg, a small portion of vegetables, a small bowl of granola type cereal with added raisins and soybean milk, some blueberries or other fruit, a handful of various vitamins, and a 3/4 glass of water. My breakfast is just like my dinner.

Throw some scrambled eggs into a nice big taco shell with melted cheese from either frying it up with butter or just using the easy microwave and then add salsa or mayo with a meat like sausage if you prefer, and that makes one delicious breakfast!
Cheerios instead of Cocoa Pebbles--that's my big change up. I WANT TO LIVE!! ;-)
