I'm so sorry! I know what that feels like, and it sucks.
Everybody falls off the proverbial wagon from time to time, but it sounds like you might have a serious problem. You should probably speak to your doctor.
In the mean time, you might want to drink a lot of water, it might help you feel better. If you feel physically ill, you could consider taking some laxatives, but not if you think that doing so could lead to abusing them, because they can wreak havoc. And definitely don't use them so that you can eat more; just do it to avoid feeling ridiculously full for the next few hours.
Why did you binge? It might help to pinpoint what triggered it, or if it was boredom eating, stress eating, etc.
And for the next few days, try sticking to 1200-2000 calories, maybe fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and whole grains, veggies, and protein for dinner?
Binging is not healthy in any way...please get help.
If you are serious you need to get some conseling, it is not normal to eat like that. There are profressionals to help with your depression issues. If you r really upset they have hotlines you can call.

Why are you depressed. Like what caused you to eat like that? But binging is definitely not healthy
Stop binging seriously. talk to a counseler or a trusted adult. Binging is not cool.
just remember you have to work very hard to keep weight on, small changes can lead to weight loss ,instead of having 1 whole pizza start by just having three quarters then half etc and do the same with the rest of your food. cut down gradually and try not to binge good luck chuck xx
First and foremost I would address the depression issue. That is alot of food, it's not going to kill you. Unless you do that everyday.
What do you mean what do you do? Nothing. You certainly do not need to eat any more. There is nothing for you to do.
