I was generally looking at calories and fat content and salt.
All together the product has

637 calories which is also quite high. If your meant to have three meals a day and you have as much as this in each meal that's nearly your daily recomendation sorted and that;s without snacks.

32g of fat HIGH!!(you should have no more than 70g a day but that's if your having 2000calories a day if you have less then that then obviously you shouldn't eat as much fat)

3g of salt. HIGH. No more than 6g a day is recommended.

-I- wouldn't eat it.

Nothing is healthy in excess, hun. Keep that in mind.

Still. Almost a gram of salt? No way.

It doesn't look that bad to me- low sodium, not loaded with sugar, the carbs are in check, lots of protein some fat, but I think this is o.k. to eat. At least comparatively to most mack n' cheese it is...
