Home made? I am assuming?

You melt about 1/4 c butter
then add 1/4 chopped white onion
salt and pepper to taste (I leave the salt out~cheese has too much already)

after the onion turns a little softer, add 1/4 c flour and cook til bubbly.

After that, add 3 C milk and stir until boiling

(of course at this point, you should already have about 12 oz. of cooked elbows, drained)

After the milk boils, add 8 oz. of cubed cheese, a little at a time to the milk mixture.... I keep the burner on low at this point because it helps melt the cheese.

Then, when everything is melted, add the cheese sauce to your pasta... cook on 375 for 30-35 mins.

u make it by grill chese inside sum bread! ps add extra chesse den

my dad makes awesome m&c! he uses velveeta cheese and adds milk to it and uses the shells for the pasta! it's YUMMY!

Try Martha stewart recipe at martha.com It is soooo good!

I boil good quality macaroni till tender, drain and return to oven safe dish. Then I use Ragu's cheese sauce and rinse jar out with a little water and pour over macaroni. Then add a little or a lot of shredded chedder. Put in oven at 400 degrees until cheese is melted. My boys love it!

open the box of velveeta mac and cheese mix, boil water, add pasta, drain adn squeeze packet onto pasta. It really is superior to that other "blue box"!! try it, velveeta is much different, smooth and well... velvet-y (I guess that's why they call it velveeta?!!)
