What are foods to eat to improve my memory?!
Answers: When I get to work my brain turns into a dufus! Arrrrgh. Looking very stupid as a temp. BTW I am in the 35 to 45 age range.
eat well and sleep well . take multiple vitamines and omega oil plus gingko to boost your memory.

Try eating whole grains, fruits and veggies.
You may be borderline diabetic. Go to your doctor and get tested. One of the symptoms is memory loss.
leafy greens are good! take vitamins too.

Fish is brain food, so much so that here in the UK some areas have started giving Omega 3 supplements free to school children, after really positive trials. Either eat more fish, or take a good omega three supplement.

well...they say eating fish is good for the brain...but a wide and varied selection of fruit and vegetables with some added protein ie eggs/meat whatever!...should keep you healthy...perhaps your problem is not enough sleep?...

Fish is good for this ~ Or you can buy fish oil supplements (capsules or liquid) - Always see your GP before adding any kind of supplements to your diet though.
A balanced diet is needed also.
