Stir fry with chicken/beef and frozen Asian veggies. Egg drop soup. Both are really quick & easy to make.
Baked Ziti is one of my quick and easy favorites or maybe sauteed chicken and veggies over rice.
Cooked spaghetti - stir in a jar of Sacla stir-through; sprinkle with freshly ground cheese.
Cooked spaghetti, stir in freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, pinch dried herbs, large lump of butter and grated cheese.
You don't want hassle. Well for openers when you have left over spaghetti, macaroni, pasta of any kind really, fill a pie plate or a cake pan with the pasta and crack 2 or 3 eggs & mix with a little milk and pour over the pasta and top with some seasoned bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs) a cup of grated cheddar cheese and bake @ 350F for approx 50 -60 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes and slice SPAGHETTI PIE. It's good with a green salad.
Use 3 cups leftover cold white rice, either a tin of tiny shrimp or about a dozen medium or large shrimp chopped, 2 green onions/scallions, sliced on the diagonal, 1/2 cup frozen peas, cooked and cooled. 1/4 red onion sliced or diced. 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and cracked black pepper. Toss and serve. Also good with green salad and fresh rolls. Now you have SHRIMP SALAD. You can also have it warm. But we have it summer and winter and change up the shrimp sometimes for tuna, chicken or ham.
Cook pasta, add frozen peas when it's nearly done. Drain. Add can of tuna, double cream, lemon juice, salt & pepper. You can add parsley and spring onion if you've got the energy...
