5 hour energy drink?!


Question: Im about to drink one of those 5 hour energy drinks. Anyone had one before? I drink 20 oz cap. when I get to work and an 8 oz red bull bout 2 in the morning to help me stay up. The cap. is doing its job fine...but kinda gives me the poo's so I have to limit myself with it. The red bull I feel is not really doing anything for me anymore. Some times I skip the cap. and get 2 of the 12 oz redbulls. I mean am I going to be scrubbing the floors with a toothbrush if I drink this?

No- you will probably love this. I love the 5 hour energy. It is low cal too. Red bulls are like the worst energy drink every as they are just pure caffeine. I work extended night shifts and usually have 1 large energy drink about midnight each shift. I like RIP IT in the reg. flavor and love the SOBE in berry flavor (orange flavor is ok). Both of them have b vitamins and various ginseng. The ginseng really works for me and I don't have digestive issues with it. If I have any coffee drinks I get digestive issues. The 3 or 5 hour energy drinks I have mainly used on long road trips (bought in truck stops) The truckers swear by them. If you are getting enough sleep and not working shift work why are you so tired? If this is a continual thing for you (being tired I mean) maybe you should see your dr.- evaluate your sleep- you could have sleep apnea. Have your thyroid checked too- that can make you feel like death if it is not working. Good luck to you!

i heard red bull tastes bad. energy drinks are bad for your health. try something healthy like fresh fruits(banana, orange, grapes, watermelon, mango, strawberry,etc). those are true healthy energy boosters.

i agree with the person below... if your feeding you body with **** , thats how ur gonna feel... but from experience, that 5hour stuff , will most likely give you a headache, and the gitters, try no doz if you really have a problem staying awake...

I have and it sucks. I didn't like the taste and no engery, in fact i was terribley sleepy after drinking it.
