Answers: Fat and enjoy my food.

It's one of the few unalloyed pleasures ib life, sex being the other main one.

When I was young and thin I enjoyed my food and now that I'm retired and a bit heavier I don't eat half as much but I still enjoy my food.

Well I would say fat and happy. However, its been so long since I was thin, I don't know. I'm trying to lose weight, and I'm hoping being thin will be much better than food tastes. However..my holdups are just that- I think so often I want to just eat and be happy.

I'm thin and I enjoy my food very much. God blessed me with one of those super metabolism's. I'm very grateful for that.

I think if you want to eat, then eat. No matter what it is, no matter what you weigh or whatever. I mean don't get me wrong a dozen doughnuts for breakfast is not encouraging, but I think everyone should just be happy. There are too many people on here all the time who say oooh that's so unhealthy knowing good and well they eat that same stuff too!! Like I said, whether I was 500 pounds or 75 pounds, I would eat because we are very blessed to be able to whenever we want!

If you eat whatever you want whenever you want you are probably less likely to enjoy it as much as when you have it every now and again. I know I love chocolate when I haven't had it for quite a while. I think moderation and balance is the key to happiness.

I would SO rather be heavier and enjoy food. Even if I was thin, I'd hate not being able to enjoy doing something that I do 3+ times per day!

Well, you just need to strike a balance to be healthy. That is, don't worry about it unless you are over weight. At your age, there is no down side for average or even a bit heavier. I would be concerned if you are too thin.
Go ahead, enjoy good food.

average and enjoy food. one of my hobbies is to eat!
