I like links.

I'm Jewish , fehhh

That's tough, I like both. Sausage links first, but Lorne sliced sausage for a fried Sunday breakfast/brunch.

They taste the same to me. I like both and even make my own out of ground turkey. That way you can control the amount of fat in it. Also if you are jewish, then you can still eat sausage. Yummy , this is making me hungry.

It has to be links!

patties

Patties for sure, they have more taste.

neither!

I like both but prefer to make patties when I am going to make biscuits and gravy.

Patties... definitely patties. Pattys don't squirt hot juices over your clean dress shirt when you bite into them like links. They can be flattened and easily cut with a fork. They hold hot-sauce better than a link. They also have more surface area not encumbered by a casing. Serioulsy, folks, the casing-to-meat ratio of a link is waaaaay too high. You can even remove the casing from the patty before cooking, especially if you use a dull knife or the dull side of the knife. It sort of oozes out of the casing like a heap of gelatinous porky goodness.

I knew a girl named Patty once. She broke my heart.

Links... definitely links.

Pork links-Homemade from my own hogs is best :)

Whichever one is in my freezer at the time.

I like patties, but sausage rolls are delis

Patties

Maple flavor links r really good, but the brand matters too...I like Johnsonville....Jimmy Dean in the tube for patties and sausage gravy....
