Artichokes. I wish they weren't so expensive! I also love green beans, corn, tomatoes and asparagus.
Broccoli! I use the frozen kind and steam it. Yum! You could put some melted cheese on it or just eat it plain with a bit of salt. Makes me hungry just thinking of it.
Buy the frozen "broccoli florettes" only. Not the chopped broccoli.

i like cooked baby carrots, green beans, those snow pea green bean things, i usually get the frozen mixed veggies its gives my family a variety and its easy by just popping it into the microwave

I like Spaghetti squash. its great when its cooked you scrape it with a fork and looke like spaghetti can even put sauce over it.. healthier too. dont know it till ya try it .. :)

even my little chihuahua likes them. I hold the leaf and she bites it and I pull it away. They give her gas though, ever been near a chihuahua with lots of gas? NOT good.
I like fresh tomatoes. I know, it really is a fruit so I would have to say fresh from the garden green beans.
