Crab does. I am not sure about lobster. But also the crab meat I had in a can was gross. Shells are intermixed and the meat.
it does but if you get it in like a sealed package, it tastes much better and is worth the extra 2 bucks.
You can buy it in a can but I buy mine at my Portuguese fish market, frozen. I haven't bought it in a can for a while now and I don't know who the packers were. I think it might have been Clover Leaf but I can't be sure. I do know I buy their lump crab and sockeye salmon in cans.
