What cake you like best?!

Question: Mind to explain why?

Answers: Mind to explain why?

Dump cake.

I like it because it tastes like a cross between two of my favorite desserts: pineapple upside down cake and a fruit crisp. My mom used to make this when we had alot of family coming for dinner, so it also brings back good memories.

Dump Cake

1 can cherry pie filling
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 sticks butter, cut into thin pats

Layer ingredients in order listed in 9 x13 greased pan. Try to cut enough butter pats so that they completely cover the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with a good vanilla ice cream.

vanila and cholate together cause the are my fav and the texure is wonderful

Lemon yogurt (an un-iced cake)- moist, heavy, tangy, good keeper (given the chance) - and easy to make.
Also nice with whipped cream as a desert.

OK.. it was hard to choose favorite.. but my moms "death by chocolate" has to be the best ever.. it's a chocolate cake with white chocolate chips baked into it.. with a homemade chocolate mint frosting, drizzled with white chocolate on top!! I love everything from the moist texture, to the sweet yumminess of the 2 chocolates, and the mint in the frosting makes it all the more amazing!!
