I don't know. Cold chocolate has much less flavour ! I definetly agree that it should be eaten at room temperature. I only keep it in the fridge when it is a hot day to stop it from going sticky and melting, but when I want to eat it, I make sure it gets up to room temperature first!

I like it HARD

Noooooooooo it tastes much nicer from the fridge, and thanx for reminding me, i forgot i had some in there lol Mmmmmmmmmm

Why do you care.

i actually put mine in the freezer - the harder the better!

I don't know - you can't taste the flavour as much when it's cold. It's a bad idea.

Cause with summer and high central heating temperatures the chocolate goes squiggy and is firmer from the fridge.. Let it warm a bit before eating...

lol i agree! except i like chocolate warm to the extent is about to melt and stick to your fingers!

no man its best in the fridge thenn it melts in u mouth with a loverly cold diet cold .but my misses dodt like it cold

...Wow, I'm all for limiting people's rights to protect others, but I doubt that cold chocolate is gonna break people's teeth.
If people want cold chocolate that hasn't been melted let them.

well would you want to leave a choclate bar for example out at room temperature and risk it melting and leaving a gooey mess on your kitchen counter for you to clean up later on?

cold chocolate dipped into a hot choc drink is mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

i put it in there so my partner can't find it. all is fair in love, war, and chocolate. if i didn't then she would eat it all up. i wouldn't have anything to dip my strawberries in,Huh?

there is nothing nicer than chocolate from the fridge its the only way to eat it

I find it better to keep it in the fridge when it is hot as they get too soft and gooey if left out.
When it is winter you will be able to leave them out.

It makes it hard and cold. Does be lovely. You should try it and then you'll know what everyones talking about

Some like it hot! Some like it cold!

My fave way to eat chocolate is with a glass of ice water! I let it melt, then take a sip, it hardens, then I let it melt again. MMmm! Delicious and quenches my thirst!

it melts easily, so we have to put it in the freezer!

Most people do that to keep it from getting soft, or because they think it'll last longer. The only problem I have with it is that when you refrigerate or freeze chocolate it can get a grayish coating called "bloom" when the cocoa fat separates and rises to the surface. It doesn't affect the taste much, but you need to be a bit more careful when using it for cooking; it seems to seize and get grainy more easily than chocolate that's been kept at room temperature.

Apparently, cold-chocolate people like to eat hard chocolate. I call it chocolate flavored ice. It's not for me, but some people are scared of nice and warm chocolate.

It tastes nicer, especially chocolate covered caramel bars, Mmmmmmmmm!

haha, hard doesn't equal good

anyways, we put it in there so it won't melt?
actually not really, we put it in there so we won't see it all the time, so we won't eat it all up in 2 seconds.
spread the goodness over time.
it does work.

Some people prefer chocolate cold and hard.

It is much easier to handle when you are grating it when it's cold.

What I do is brake it into chunks, then put it in the fridge, and just take a couple of small chunks out at a time and let it melt in my mouth.

ew. hard chocolate is disgusting. i prefer yummy warm melty chocolate with mint in the middle. yummmm. my sister puts her chocolate in the fridge. if u want something hard and chocolate. where. im sure you can think of something.

I put it in the fridge, when I don't want the whole thing, and I don't want to leave it out

Internet is back, woo. I guess it last's longer...mind you, I like a good mars in the microwave..hot and gooey caramel..hmmm

its better hard than squishy

cold is nice its not just about how it tastes but the texture has a lot to do with it as you eat the choclait from the fridge it snaps and as it gently warms up in your mouth and releasing so many different flavours as it melts .
it is something that you simply do not get from warn choclait is it no .
so before you knock this why do you not try it or do you just wolf it down without any thought and if that's the case well it is you that's missing out not me so i shall carry on eating cold cold chocolait and simply letting it warm up in my mouth letting release all of the flavours h before swallowing it yummy

To save putting it in to their mouth

That ruins it for me. I love mine room temp. Can you imagine a Godiva open oyster out of the fridge:< That would make me cry.
