Is it safe to eat cooked broccoli that's been sitting in the pot for 6 hours?!

Question: i cooked it six hours ago and now i want to eat it. will i get upset stomach or anything..?

between 2-4 hours it is safe, after that it is considered untouchable as it will have wayyy too much bacteria and bad spores will have grown on it.
My advice? order out.
