at break i had a bag of BAKED HOT CHEETO SNACKS.
at lunch i had a bean burrito. [it was like 400 calories] IT WAS SCHOOOL LUNCH AND IW AS STARVING.
then i got home and had 2 bowls of salad.
then i ate a bit of popcorn.
then for dinner i had spaghettti (2 bowls).

no. you skipped the most important meal of the day (breakfast). eat healthy snacks like nuts for example. eat 5-10 portions of fresh vegetables and fruits. eat more protein. eat or drink calcium, good for your bones and growth. it's not that hard once you get used to a healthy lifestyle.

Always eat breakfast...even if on purpose! Plan better! an apple or orange, handfull of grapes, brocolli or carrot sticks...something else to go along with the spagetti? Lordy, Lordy, Lord! Does your brain fog out on you? FEED it honey chile!

AWFUL! I hope that was a mini cheetos bag. The burrito was a lunch on its own, so that was okay. Did you know that eating breakfast improves body weight. Stop the daytime snacking by eating oatmeal in the morning, it's filled with fiber. Salad dressing is unhealthy. You should eat the salad plain. I bet you had more that a "bit" of popcorn. You should specify that. Two bowls of spaghetti is ok if it doesn't have white sauce. You ate TERRIBLY.........................

Yes, you were starving at lunch - you didn't have anything to fill you up for breakfast or break. Carbs like chips are a quick fix, but will only last for a short period. You need to eat something for breakfast - even if it is a breakfast bar of some sort.
Bean Burrito is okay. If only there had been some fruit and milk or yoghurt.
When you got home; a piece of fruit and popcorn or some veggies and dip.
Two bowls of spaghetti - this would depend on the size of the bowls and spaghetti. That is rather a large amount and would have been better had it been spaghetti; salad; bread; and milk or water.
If you start off eating right in the morning; you won't starve and overeat the rest of the day. Your body is telling you it needs food and you are giving it some good stuff (minus Cheetos); you just need to adjust times and groupings to maximize benefits.
