What are the rules of a fruit diet?!

i haven't heard of just fruit, but fruit and veggies. you do it for only two weeks, and you only eat the fruit and veggies, nothing else. and only drink water. but, you can have as much as you want. during the second week, you can add fish or chicken to one meal, i think. it helps you lose like, 5-10 pounds, i think, but i heard it was difficult!

no nuts!

Ughh...you people with your crazy diets!!! You need to have a balance of everything - you can't eat just fruits and nuts! If you want to lose weight and KEEP it off, what you need to keep in mind is moderation, proportions, and exercise! You can eat what you like, but just watch how much! Oh yeah...and never, ever starve yourself! It's not healthy and you'll gain the weight right back when you DO eat!
