What to do if I eat to much sugar?!

Question: example~

I see something tasty in the cupboard and eat some, then I happen to look at the sugar content and gasp. Might be the same reaction to someone who had nibbled on rat poison. Do I eat a slice of bread or drink water to get it out of my system? I just need that sugar not to be in my body. bleh XP

If you ate it, you ate it. Your body uses sugar as energy, so the best thing you can do is to work out to burn it off, otherwise your body will turn it into fat.

To slow down the rate your body uses/digests sugar, eating protein or fat will do the trick. But if you ate it, you can't "get rid of" it.

Try reading labels before you eat. Most packaged food is full of sugar.

LOOK b4 you eat

Water would be good. Eating bread may contain some sugar and if you feel you have eaten too much, then avoid foods with ANY for a while. Be careful in consuming and read labels first.

Eating protein along with sugar will help - try a piece of cheese.

If u eat to much sugar wha u sld do is eat the equal amount of salt to level ur body out.
Look before you eat things next time

The sugar is in your blood. The only way to get rid of the sugar, therefore, is to lose some blood.

Try slashing the wrists a bit.

well look at a food chart the link
start cutting down slowly and then speed it up
remember you can bye healthy stuff that tastes good and isn't too expensive.Give yourself sugar when you deservge it like after a big accomplishment or one piece with lunch a day of chocolate.

too much sugar could lead to diabetes.
drink water, exercise a bit, and/or run around to get rid of some. try to look b4 u eat. (don't worry-lots of people have cravings of sugar) like me sometimes...except i know how much sugar it contains...
