*fish tacos - they sound gross, but they are very good and VERY low calorie.
*taco salad - about 4 oz of lean meat, lots of lettuce, some beans and maybe a handful of chips (get a small bag of freetos to make sure it a small amount) and a little fat free dressing.
*pita sandwhiches - 4 oz of meat with little mayo and low fat cheese.
*weight contorl oatmeal - a good snack, lots of protien (to keep you full!) and good flavors..

these are just some of my favorites.

Oatmeal--top it with some low fat milk and some Splenda
Fresh fruit
Fresh veggies, dip in fat free Ranch
Whole grain bread, spread some peanut butter on it or have some sliced turkey or chicken with some low fat mayo...stack it high with fresh, crispy lettuce.
Almonds or some type of nut....just stay away from dry roasted, smoked or those with tons of salt.
Graham Crackers
Sugar Free Jello or Pudding...top it with low cal Cool Whip
Scramble up some eggs! Use 2 whole eggs and one white or vice versa, have a slice of whole wheat bread with it.
String Cheese and some whole grain crackers

Foods that are rich in fiber are what fill you up.

Uhhhh, raw carrots burn more calories than they produce, so you can eat as many as you want without feeling bad. Of course I like carrots so you may be another thing. There's a whole bunch of foods that burn more calories then they produce, just look them up on the interwebs, and you'll be on the path to guilt-free snackage in no time.

I make a dill dip with fat-free cottage cheese. Add fresh dill (Dried will do, but fresh is better), some garlic, a little salt and pepper. Dip in carrots, cucumbers cut into sticks, celery, radishes (If you like them), broccoli, cauliflower, etc. You can also mix in a part packet of powdered ranch (Like Hidden Valley) into to cottage cheese.

Plain, Non-fat yogurt mixed with a dry dip mix...any flavor. Now, add some baby carrots, celery sticks, peppers, ...any vegie...and munch away!

hi, well they say not to eat anything with sugar cuz it will turn to fat & u will be hungry right after u eat anything with sugar in it. so here's what u should do i think anyway, go on a low carb diet instead because if u stay away from flour & sugar u will fill up on meat & not be hungry until your next meal. so that's my answer. count carbs instead of calories. also try to stay under 35 carbs a day.

make you a vegetable soup, no starches, just veggies and take a bowl of it with you.....filling and low calorie

also if you drink water and eat pretzels, they swell up with the water and make you feel fuller faster!!!!
good luck
