What can i do to filter out flouride from my water?!

Question: is there anything i can do

Answers: is there anything i can do

I have a water softener and filters on my system, another on my tap. It's supposed to filter the flourides but I haven't had the water retested yet.

Up till now I've been buying gallon jugs of distilled water and it tastes of nothing but 'wet'.

Reverse osmosis filtration
Activated alumina deflouridation filters
Distillation filtration

buy a water filter
check that the filter cartridge will remove fluoride
some filters remove microorganisms, heavy metals etc
water filters can be as simple as a jug with a filter to pour your water through, or you can get them fitted to your main line into the house to filter the water supply for the house, or just to one tap like the kitchen tap
depends on how far you want to go with this

here is the best ways to clean your water.

Wear a hat made from tin foil while drinking, bathing, or brushing your teeth. This will protect your precious fluids from being contaminated.

Get Brita filter. I love their commecials and Their water is really good.

filter

uhhh
buy a filter???
