icecream!! I think its cause its creamy and cold. I likethings that are either hot or cold better than in between. and its fun to eat and comes in many flavours
I love New York style thick rich creamy cheese cake with fresh raspberry sauce. It is the texture of it in your mouth and the smooth sweet flavor on your tongue that does it for me - everytime.

TarteTatin- warm caramelized apples with crisp pastry. It looks beautiful but is soooo simple to make. Pure pleasure.

I keep it simple with vanilla soy ice cream. It's better than you'd think. Really whippy and rich. You can barely taste the soy, and the texture is perfect in your mouth. It melts nicely, not turning into liquid, but warming and softening enough to go down your throat. I love it.
