Mayo Pickle Relish and Boiled Eggs

i mix regular tuna with flawoured tuna clover leaf i believe with chili peppers plus mayo pepper onions sometimes tomato my mom adds avocado

Use the chuck albacore tuna. The other stuff is shredded and mushy. If you are using fresh tuna, steam it for about 3 minutes and allow to cool to room temp. Substitute about 1/2 cup fresh to each can. Add 2 Tablespoons each of medium chopped onion and celery. Add 2 tablespoons of either sour cream or mayo, whichever you like better. Add 1 Tablespoon of cider vinegar, 1 Tablespoon of chopped dill (or 1 teaspoon dried) and salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently to keep chunks big. Too much other stuff and you cover the flavor of the tuna.

I don't care for tinned tune, however, my son takes it for his lunch every day (body builder & fitness guru) he has been doing this for 15 years. As part of his lunch he has one tin 213 g tin of albacore tuna packed in vegetable broth, drains off the broth and adds about 3 or 4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce, with that he has Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, V8 and at least 3 pieces of fruit and a litre of mineral water.

i usually put in elbow macoroni in my tuna with a little celery and mayo...m.m.m toasty BD

mayo, relish, and thats it...perfect.

i dont like tuna anymore, but when my dad used to make it for me i liked it like this:
use tuna in oil..mayo..minced onions..and ground black pepper =)

Mmm...I love tuna made with some cilantro, green onion, tomatoe, dried chili flakes and some lemon juice. It's really low cal, low carb and high protein. You can put it over crackers (I love it on WheatThins) or a fried corn tortilla. Tasty!

i add:
1 tomato
1/4 onion
bell pepper
lemon juice
olive oil
salt

i like to eat it with pita bread and a little hot sauce
