Is charcoal grilling illegal in California?!
Answers: Someone told me this and I cannot find anything on the internet about this subject. Were they just full of crap or is it true. Hopefully someone in Cali. will know the answer. Curious?!!!
No it is not illegal.....what they wanted to do was outlaw the charcoal lighter fluid...because of fumes.....But honestly how can they stop the bzillions of people from BBQ'ing in their own backyards......Some other j****** wants to outlaw fireplaces....because it is bad for the air quality...But again how are they going to do that....Many people only use the fireplaces for heat....like us.....
