What are some low mercury fish with less bones?!
What should I go for, because barramundi has higher mercury than I expected and Salmon in my area is farmed so I will get accumulation of PCBs...
Answers: I'm so used to eating barramundi and salmon because they are easy to eat because they do not have a lot of small bones.

Firstly , you have to get the word governments to agree not to pollute the seas with their atomic reactors and all the other stuff that is dumped willy nilly into our oceans, and then you wait a thousand years until the oceans have recuperated. Anyone like to try my garden pond bred Carp ?.
It's not so much that certain species of fish have more mercury than others. It's more the water the fish come from. In the U. S. of A. our waters are becoming more and more poluted with mercury (as well as other polutants). I can't say where, but what you need to do is find low mercury content water that has the fish of your choice.
I think that mercury and other pollutants accumulate in the flesh of fish over time. So big fish, like swordfish or tuna, would probably be more contaminated than smaller ones.
My favourite is Sea Bass.
