Uhh.. i dislike all fruits and vegetables cooked in any way except for corn, potatoes, beans...?!
Answers: i can drink it when its like a smoothie (just like a fruit drink with no extra sugar added etc.) and i can eat it as quiche(keesh)... but for some reason, i cant eat it seperatly. i dont think im alergic to it... but i cant swallow even if i chew for 10 minutes, ill still choke and spew (you know when you throw up in your mouth but it almost automatically swallows back down...) anyways is this dangerous? what can i do to help myself??
My cousin has a problem similar to this, next time you go to the doctor ask if he can test what kind of "taster" you are (over taster or under taster) my cousin found out she was an over taster meaning she hates all types of fruits and vegetables. I don't think it is something you can grow out of or get used to. To get the nutrition you need just take lots of vitamins...

Start by experimenting and eat just one bite. Work up from there. You have to get over it before you grow up the rest of the way.
Drink V-8 juice.
Start with telling yourself you love veggies, broccilli, apples, tangerines, peas, carrots, peaches....Just tell yourself over and over....You basically have to convince your mind that you really want the veggies, and can't wait to eat them....If you have to.....overcook them to a soft stage...so chewing for 10 minutes is eliminated. Applesauce, you just swallow....or try baby fruit....it is swallowable...no chewing to get you used to the flavors...Start there....
