Is this alot to eat? Please help! Im hungry alot but Im not pregnant, what could it possibly be?!

I think your addicted to carbs and you eat a lot more when your diet consists of lots of carbs.Excessive carbs can cause the weight gain that many people experience.Try to cut back on your carb intake and eat more protein and complex carbs.You will eat less and feel fuller longer and your body will have more energy.It could take a month or so to wean your body off of carbs as its like an addiction,your body craves them.Good luck to you and hope I helped a little.

Personally, yes I think that is a lot to eat. But it depends on your current weight & height also. Normally, when I eat that much, I'm stressed out.....emotional eating isn't good....but that's just me, it may have nothing to do with you.
Well...the most important meal is breakfast..so you may get away with taht...but eating unhealthy fast food for lunch is too bad. If you go on like this you will be obese very soon.

Sound like a lot of food.If you are one of those people that can eat everything and not gain an ounce then great. But if you are a little on the heavy side,thens its not good for your health. Maybe something medical is causing you to want to eat all the time. Happen to me once when I was taking medication for inner ear infection. All I could do was think of food. When I quit taking the medication my appetite went back to normal.
It's not a lot, but it's also not healthy, try going for an occasional salad to replace fast food... However, if you can burn that many calories that you've consumed, you can get away with an occasional double stacked white castle burger
I think its a lot, but first, try to go for healthier food rather than focussing on the amount you are eating. For example, for breakfast go for wholemeal cereal with low sugar content, and one or two bananas.
For lunch, do not eat hamburgers, go for wholemeal bread with lean cut turkey, no cheese and definitely no soft drinks. Add a portion of fruit too and drink plain water.
Rule of thumb is to cut back on sugar, salt and processed food. Change your diet before you ended up being obese or worse. There's too many sick people around already, most of the time because of poor diet throughout their lives.
