What style of pizza is...?!

Question: I can't recall what style they call this. It is similar to Chicago thin crust style with a couple differences.

It's a round pizza that has no edge crust at all. Toppings literally to the edge. Instead of mozarella, they use provolone. The dough is typically crispy on bottom and chewy on top. Toppings are above the cheese. Stone baked. The pizza is party-cut instead of pie-cut.

Could someone tell me what style of pizza that's considered?

Sounds a lot like St. Louis style pizza.
