Answers: One can of soda has around 8-12 tespoons of sugar per can.

Tons of sugar. Choose those made with Splenda instead (Diet Rite and Waist Watchers are two good brands)

It is LOADED with sugars!

There is DIET soda, but it tastes horrible! :-D

SUGAR.

Because it is basicly nothing but sugar and what does that equal to calories, carbs, and corn syrup its very unhealthy for you and should think about drinking water.

Lots of sugar, bring on the pounds, tons of empty calories.

its the sugar that's in it that gets converted into fatin your body

soda pops are full of sugar, sugar and more sugar!!!!!

and

sugar (unhealthy) = fat

your body converts excess sugar into fat for later use when you are starving.

sugar

i think soda pop may make some people lose inches not weight. it might help to measure yourself rather than weight yourself.
all the things that we eat can make us fat if we don't eat properly.
