It's a drink, with allegedly lots of electrolytes, more potassium than bananas, next/last fad healthy drink.

Hey girl, I love Coconut milk. Had it in Jamica, P.Rico,Mexico, Antigua, Granada,all the islands. Can mix it in Pinta Coladas. Man, for some hot weather again soon,----pool time!
