Cooking with brie cheese?!

Question: i am cooking tonight and i have brie cheese in the fridge.

i also have mushrooms, bacon, salad leaves, sausages..lots of other things..but i really fancy come brie wih it but i have no idea what it goes with??

if you could give me some ideas i would relly liike that ;)

brie is nice and soft and melts wonderfully. maybe a form of bruschette with brie? toasted buttered toast points with sliced apples, dijon mustard and a piece of brie on top, bake till cheese is melted, mmmmm

What about an omelet? provided that you have eggs. And a salad to accompany it.
